Overnight Oat Recipes – How often do you eat your breakfast? I do often, almost every morning after i arrived at the office. Usually i ate chicken porridge or coconut salty rice with tofu or tempeh. Or just a cup of cereal that i keep in my drawer and maybe a slice of bread. If i got up very early in the morning i also make my own breakfast such as fried rice or simply just make instan fried noodle. For me breakfast is very important to support my daily activity, it can move my day too and most important thing is, i dont get starve while waiting for lunch break :P.

Recently, i love to read or browsing about healthy food to support our body Imune. As you know, I was doing some diet to reduce my fat tummy. But i forgot to support it by eating healthy food, such as vegetable, fruits, milk etc. I’ve made infused water before, but it did’nt last long. Then i found about OAT which is contain a lot of protein, vitamin, fiber and good to reduce cholesterol, my kind of need.

Oatmeal for breakfast? at first i really dont like to eat it. its feel so awfull in mouth and i really can’t swallow it. Either cooked or instant oatmeal. Oatmeal for me will be delicious and taste good if you make it into an oatmeal cake (i’ve made it before). But for breakfast? i think i will think twice. But this was changed after i read about overnight oat recipes from random blogs. It’s easy to make and looks very delicious.

After i try some of the recipes, now i love the Oat. I made the simple one, same mixture but different topping. And it does’nt make me bored by making it time to time. You can create your own topping with fruits, candy, granola, berries, slice of cake, cookies or even a chocolate.

Mango Overnight Oat

Basicly, Overnight Oat Recipes only mixed your favorite milk either soya milk, coconut milk, non fat milk, etc with an instant oatmeal. I never use cooked oatmeal for this overnight oatmeal recipes, so i  cant recommend it to you. If you want to try using cooked oatmeal, please feel free to share with me.

Basic Overnight Oat Recipes

Ingredients :

1 cup of instant oatmeal and 150 ml of your favorite milk

Mason Jar or  Tupperware with lid or Jam Jar

How to :

Put instant oatmeal  into the jar and pour the milk. Mixed it until blend and no clump. Close with lid and put it into fridge for a night. In the next day topped the overnight oat with your favorite topping. or you can do it vise versa. topped with fruits, granola, etc then let it stand in the fridge for a night.
